Returns
Gear that doesn't suit you can come back, as long as it hasn't touched the water.
A new, unused item, in its original packaging and with its tags, can be returned. Neoprene tried on dry is still returnable; a wetsuit that has been in the water is not.
A kite that has been pumped and flown, a board that has been ridden, a harness used in a session are not taken back as returns: they fall under warranty if a defect appears.
