Warranty

Duotone and ION warrant their gear against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty covers neither normal wear nor damage from sand, UV, damp storage, a crash or incorrect rigging.

If something goes wrong, bring the item back with your invoice. We file the claim with the brand and keep you posted. Wear parts — bladders, battens, lines, pads — are available in the spare parts department.

Registration

Both brands ask you to register new gear on their site within a few weeks of purchase. We send you the link with your invoice.
