Terms of sale
What each of us commits to.
Ordering
The site takes no payment online. An order placed here is a firm request: we call you back to confirm availability, lead time and payment. The sale is concluded at that confirmation.
Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams, tax included, excluding delivery. They can change from one season to the next; the price that counts is the one confirmed on the call.
Payment
To be filled in
Accepted payment methods, deposit terms for made-to-order items, bank details.
Disputes
To be filled in
Governing law and competent jurisdiction.
