Recycled Max flex
Max_Flex is our most flexible outer lining and is made with 90% recycled nylon. Its unique rhombus structure is designed to deliver outstanding stretch and freedom of movement. The material helps disperse water through small channels, allowing the wetsuit to dry faster between sessions.
Graphene Plush 2.0
Graphene is a lightweight, durable and heat-conductive material. Integrated into our thermo lining, it provides up to 20% more warmth compared to ION’s Plasma_Plush 2.0 lining. Made with recycled materials, Graphene_Plush 2.0 also dries quickly, helping to keep your wetsuit comfortable between sessions.
Hot Stuff 3.0
Hot_Stuff 3.0 combines warmth, comfort and flexibility. Larger loops trap more air for improved insulation, while the lining is made from 100% recycled materials. As the most flexible thermo lining in our range, it moves naturally with you in the water.
Silk Stuff 2.0
Silk_Stuff 2.0 is a smooth thin inside lining made from 100% GRS-certified recycled nylon. Soft against the skin and highly flexible, it helps your wetsuit feel comfortable from the moment you put it on.
Eco Stretch
Eco_Stretch is an outer lining made with GRS-certified recycled nylon. Combining flexibility and comfort, it delivers the stretch needed for unrestricted movement on the water.
Maki Tape 2.0
Highly elastic neoprene tape reinforces the seams on the lower body and commonly stressed cuff area from the inside.
I Foam
Low density I_Foam with peak heat insulation properties containg a mix of limestone and oyster shell powder.
Sweep Cut
Seam-free shoulder design for maximum paddle reach and freedom of movement.
Fused Edges
Fused sleeve and leg ends provide a smoother and more resilient finish.
Seam Reinforcement
All stress points are reinforced and secured by melco tape from the inside to ensure a longer lifespan of the seams.

WARMTH / THERMAL LINING

Quick-drying with exceptional stretch: Highly flexible Hot_Stuff 2.0 thermal lining throughout the entire body paired with lightweight, durable, and heat-conducting Graphene_Plush 2.0 both made from recycled materials.

STRETCH

Highly flexible recycled Max_Flex outer lining at the chest, shoulders, and neck, offering 30% more flexibility, quick-drying capabilities, and maximum comfort. Eco_Stretch material, sourced from recycled nylon waste, covers the rest of the body for optimum stretch performance.

NEOPRENE TYPE

Low-density I_Foam with peak heat insulation properties containing oyster shell powder. —

SEAMS/DURABILITY

Glued-blind stitching enhances the wetsuit's durability. Flexibly taped seams on the entire inside, and reinforced stress points ensure flexibility and durability. Fused edges at the arms and legs provide added strength and comfort.

FIT

Seam-free shoulders and a minimized panel design provide unparalleled freedom of movement. Water_Gate: A thin neoprene panel on the inside reduces water flush and creates an abrasion free zone at the back zip.
